Texas Farm Bureau Cotton Patch Challenge, Greenville, TX

September 17, 2011 – Texas Farm Bureau Cotton Patch Challenge, Greenville, TX -Cotton Patch will again have routes of 21, 31, 41, 56 and 63 miles. The 21, 31 mile routes are through rolling rural scenic country roads.  The event coincides with the Rally Round Greenville Festival.

The USCF road races have designated start times ranging from 7:10 AM to 8:45 AM.   See race flyer for specific start times for each of the 12 categories. 



Race start time for each category and will be marked on the road on Johnson St north of Lee St the night prior to the event. 

THERE WILL BE USCF RACE REGISTRATION ON THE DAY OF EVENTS BUT CUTOFF IS ONE HOUR PRIOR TO START OF EACH CATEGORY OF EACH EVENT.   CUTOFF TIME WILL BE STRICTLY ENFORCED.  ONE DAY USCF RACING LICENSE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON EVENT DAY.

Texas Baptist Men will be onsite all weekend with mobile shower unit offering free showers.

Bicycle touring events on Saturday will offer 5 routes from 21 to 65 miles.  USCF road races will have 12 categories on Saturday morning.  The USCF road races will be followed Saturday afternoon by USCF 9 mile time trial.  The bite-your-nails, edge-of-your-seat exciting Criterium Race will zoom over the Audie Murphy overpass, just south of downtown, on Sunday.
